So far I have had an excellent experience with Wickshire apartments. It is a very quiet neighborhood, and I haven't seen any issues going on. Sometimes people loiter outside, but the office is usually really good at stopping that. They are currently repainting the buildings and giving things a fresh look. THe apartments are well sized for the price. THe management seems really good. Maintenance is really quick to respond to any issues. Small bug problem, but the office comes and will spray when requested. Everything good. Only complaint would be the minor loitering and then the parking is a little bad.
