This has been an interesting 2 years. Wickshire Apts. has changed a lot. From what I hear, it is very hard to get accepted on this property. They want you to have excellent credit and no felons. What's more interesting, they never have 3 bedrooms open to rent. I have a 3 bedroom and it is huge. The property is really quiet. My neighbors are nice to deal with. Everyone looks out for everyone else. The grounds and hallways are clean. Looks like most people stay in their apartments so there are not people hanging out all the time. My rent did not increase this year which made me happy too. We do not seem to have a crime problem like the other apartments on the west side. If you are thinking of moving here, apply way in advance. They run out of places fast. If you have credit or a crime record, don't waste your money on an application. We don't want you here. If you are ghetto, pick another property. We don't want that kind of behavior here.
