I HAVE LIVED IN WICKSHIRE FOR 3 YEARS. MY SENTENCE HERE WILL BE UP JUNE 30,2008. THE PREVIOUS OWNERS WERE NOT THE BRIGHTEST BUT THEY WORKED WITH IF YOU HAD ISSUES, WHICH WE ALL DO FROM TIME TO TIME. THE NEW OWNERS! HU! THE OWNER IS A JERK AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS THE WICKED WITCH OF THE WEST. HER PRIMARY GOALS IS TO EVICT AS MANY PEOPLE AS SHE POSSIBLY CAN. EVERY OTHER MONTH SHE IS PUTTING OUT THE COMMUNITY RULES AND EVERY MONTH THE DUE DATE FOR RENT HAS CHANGED ALONG WITH THE "FABULOUS RULES OR LAWS". RENT WAS DUE ON THE FIRST, LATE BY THE 5TH NOW OVER THE COURSE OF A YEAR IT IS DUE BY THE 1ST LATE BY THE 2ND, 3 DAY NOTICE ON YOUR DOOR(WRITTEN ON A BRIGHT RED SHEET OF PAPER)ON THE MORNING OF THE 4TH. CREDIT CHECKS, FELONY CHARGES..DO NOT APPLY..WHATEVER!!! IT USE TO BE VERY QUIET AND SAFE...THAT IS SLOWLY CHANGING. USED CONDOM'S IN THE PARKING LOT, TEENAGERS BULLING THE YOUNGER CHILDERN AND DESTROYING PROPERTY, DRIVING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION, LOUD MUSIC BLASTING IN PASSING CARS AT 3 AND 4 IN THE MORNING,ETC. THE ONLY THING THAT HAS NOT CHANGED IS THE CRIME RATE. WE HAD A POLICE OFFICER LIVING HERE, HE MOVED OUT BECAUSE THE NEW OWENER WANTED HIM TO PATROL THE GROUNDS BUT WAS NOT WILLING TO PAY HIM FOR HIS TIME OR GIVE HIM ANY DISCOUNTS ON HIS APARMENT WHICH HE HAD BEEN RENTING FOR OVER 10 YEARS.
WE HAVE HAD A WONDERFUL EXTERIOR COMSMETIC FACE LIFT BUT NO IMPROVEMENTS OF THE INTERIOR. THE MAINTENANCE MAN IS AN IDIOT. IT TOOK HIM 4 TIMES,IN 2 WEEKS, TO FIX MY HOT WATER HEATER IN THE MIDDLE OF DECEMBER. HE IS LAZY, HAS A BAD ATTITUDE AND OUT RIGHT SCARY.
RUN.JUST RUN! FAST. YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU MOVE HERE! ONE WAY OR THE OTHER!!!! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

Boy oh Boy do you sound angry! Not sure where you get your information but my rent has always been due on the 1st of each month and I have been here 8 years. Late fees were always added on the 4th of the month. Most apartment places file evictions once your delinquent letter expires. I have not seen anyone evicted. Sounds like you need to "READ" your lease agreement. Of course, I have never been later either. I read my lease thoroughly each year I renewed. You signed the lease. If you could not pay your rent on time, why did you move here. I wonder what your credit looks like. I think the property looks great. I think you are one of those late people who don't want to pay your rent. Why don't you move then. Quit your whinning. Oh, the police officer and I were good freinds. He moved because he got married. We knew he was moving before the new company came aboard.

That is so true keepin.it.real. Obviously, this person is not aware of what the complexes are like on the westside. Sounds like their main issue is them paying their rent late. They need to get on board. If the rest of us have to pay our rent on time, why do they think they don't have to. It clearly says the rent is due on the 1st and late fees are added by 5:00 pm on the third of everybody's lease. I think the manager is doing a good job. She keeps us safe and free of the nonsense on the westside. So what if she evicts people. If they paid their rent, they would not be evicted. I also knew the police officer. You are right, he lived in his 3 bedroom apartment for free. He got married. They need to get their facts right. If they have to pay their car note and other bills on tilme, what makes them think they should be allowed to pay their rent late. The nerve of some people. If you are thinking of moving here, you WILL be happy. I have been.

my credit is a . Don't hate. Tell me, since you are keepin it real. why would you live in an apartment for 8 years. Get a life! Sound like you are the one with credit issues. That's why I can talk and choose too. I know my lease from front to back. If you read carfully, comprehend and stop reading in ebonics maybe you would notice that she has change tht due date several times. As for comment number two. The westside, the Eastside or wherever. If you sign for one thing that's what you better get. Anything less is against the law. Keeps us safe. Before she came we didn't have residence having sex in the parking lot, we didn't have older kids harassing the younger childern, we had no need for this new program she has us on.We wouldn't have residence being mugged as they walk into the complex after dark...from places like...work! A close, very close friend of mine also knew the police officer and he can tell you the real truth. For your F>Y>I> my lease says that rent is due by the 1st late by the 5th. In plain black and white. I Keep it Posted next to my door. The nerve of you thinking that your opinion if fact. Have you paid attention to the economy lately. It's hard times for everyone even the best of us. Of course not you too busy kissin' up to the landlord. Who could care-less about you. The moment you fall, wait for the kick!!! Whinning and how brown cow! Is that the best you can do. "Knew before this company came aboard". I work in this field I know for a fact the real scenerio behind it all. So,Play on it!!!! If she is doing such a good job. Then why is it that the front of the aparment complex is so nice and the back looks like hell. Point...behind buildings 800 and 900. Why are some residence still waiting to get things fixed that were broken when Kim was here? Why do we have more people moving out than moving in? If she is doing such a good job why would she hold a community picnic on a day and time when majority of the people were at work and the childern where still in school? She put out a flyer stating that there would be construction on the playground...When!? After we finish getting more trees, that we don't need. That's what my rent paid for,What!!!! Forget about new trees, how about replacing all the tubs that were painted and are now peeling, how about fixing the leaking roofs or the broken screen doors. How about replacing the filters for the a/c like it states in the lease? How about doing something about the Jerks that keep driving the wrong way in the parking lot and almost causing accidents because they choose to be lazy rather then cautious. How about doing something about the pipes backing up every other month. We still have residence who walk their dogs and don't clean up behind them; some still choose to place garbage outside their doors when the dumpster is less the 100 yards in any direction. How about telling the lawn care company to stop blowing sand and dirt into and on the vehicles. Are you keepin it real on those issues? hum! Can you answer that cause if you can't shu-up, sit down! Both of you probably voted for Bush!!! 'that's why your blind,dumb and will always live at the mercy of someone else. As for me...I just finished getting my custom house built that I designed so......ciao!!!!
