My husband and I have been living here for about 1 year. We absolutely loved it at first, I raved to everyone about what a fabulous place it was. But then we had neighbors move in next door. A few months later, neighbors moved in upstairs from us. It was as if they were living right inside our condo with us. You can hear EVERYTHING, when your neighbors talk, you can hear every word they say. You can hear when they walk into the bathroom and you can hear in great detail when they USE the bathroom! Then we started noticing the young boys that live in the 1900 building who look like they belong in the Northside, not Mandarin. Suspicious looking cars drive around their building at night, and we witnessed one boy driving around and extremely obviously on drugs. As far as the condos themselves, they are absolutely beautiful inside and out. There is lots of space, and everything is very well maintained. Maintenance staff is wonderful. But if you don't like to hear your neighbor relieve themself, and you don't like young hoodlum neighbors and their friends ruining your community, go elsewhere!
