Yes, like anywhere we have had our share of problems. Our guest bathroom's toilet and tub pipes where laid wrong, so the concrete outside of the condo in the breezeway had to be dug up to fix it. Our water heater did start leaking, but with the warranty it was replaced. At the moment, our pool has "caution" tape wrapped around it due to a a filter cover not being replaced, so you can not get into the pool until it is fixed which may take awhile because it is a custom job. Management isn't the greatest but as a community we are trying to work out the kinks. I am not saying that this is not good place to live, nor am i saying that everyone should move here. But no matter where you move, you will always have jumps and hurdles you must get through. Right now I am just hoping that the pool opens soon so we can go swimming since this is the summer time.
