My boyfriend and I have lived here since September 08. The condo we're renting (from the owner) is well-kept, spacious and beautifully decorated, but we've had a few problems. Since moving here, the hot tub has only been turned on once or twice. It's almost always out of service. The pool was closed off for almost two months for repair. The walls are incredibly thin. We've actually thought someone was calling us and soon after, realized that it's the neighbor's phone downstairs. We can hear everything that goes on in the parking lot and on neighbor's porches. Considering the price, it's a bit of a problem. The Bartram Park area is beautiful, though. It's conveniently located near shoppes, but still secluded enough to enjoy the preservation down the street. We've never had any problems with loud neighbors or parties. We're actually having a hard time deciding if we're going to stay after this year's lease is up.
