I have only lived here for 4 months almost and it is a damn disaster! I regret ever having moved here. When I first moved here it was okay until the shoddy work they did started to unravel. It first started with the bedroom window.. It would not stay up on its own, without being propped up. My refrigerator conched out causing me to lose everything i had in my freezer. My ceiling started leaking a month after i moved in and now has a BBIIIGGGGG hole in it because they needed to "see" where the leak coming from. All they know is "It has to be either the tub or the toilet".. they think it is my job to sit there and monitor it and call them when it happens..NOT!! I am not a part of the maintenance team and I am not getting paid to tell them their job!!...This has been going on for almost 2 months now.. The plumbing sucks and the toilets are always getting clogged... For the amount of money they are getting in rent from these tenants they should be able to replace some of the things that are not any good. its a shame that the government is assisting me in paying to live in this dump. When my lease is up I am most definitely "MOVING". I'm so fed up that i have it in mind to just break my lease!!

Hi Tenent, maybe you should notify someone in the goverment about the poor living condidtions with your new place. Dpwntown is a location where you can report all bad landlord maintence problems and have them get a citation for unlivable for your and your family. Also, when complaining remember you and your family need a place to live, if you are receiving government assistance I seriously suggest you report your problem to upper management before notifing authorities. Either way its your right and to speak out other tentants will also. Smile! to be alive
