I have lived here in Williamsburg since Sept. 2006. Now as far as the community goes. It is pretty decent for the price to be in the San Jose neighborhood. The problems I see are with alot of the teenagers and children running around unsupervised causing problems. Lately, there have been problems with Burgularies and even a shooting a month ago. The townhomes are roomy and the ground are well maintained. Now for the office staff, that is a whole different stories. When I initially signed my lease, I was told "welcome to Williamsburg" in a very sarcastic way, I was wondering at that point what I had gotten myself into. I was also told you were not allowed to sit outside on your front area (that by the way you pay rent for) but I just left it alone and didn't say anything. The sistas in the office do have a bit of an attitude problem and the manager is not approachable at all. I have only had to go up there one time, but I guess because I am new, quiet and stay to myself I was treated respectfully, but I have heard the way they talk to some folks. It is not a "bad" place, but it really does need some improvement. It is better than a whole lot in Jacksoville. Trust me !!
