I don't know why people thougth Curlita was horrible! I loved her! She cared more about the people that live here more then these new people do! Thanks to them I have to move! I love this place! Yeah there are a few things that bug me but these apartments have a lot of space. They're not expensive for 3 bedrooms. I love the people hear. Yeah there's a lot of teenagers that run around but this place is home. I wish I didn't have to move. ='[[

I'VE STAYED THERE NOW FOR ELEVEN MONTHS AND IT IS HORRIBLE. THEY HAVE YOU TO SIGN THIS LONG EXAGERATED LEASE, THAT STATES THEY SPRAY FOR BUGS AND THEY DO THIS AND NOTHING GETS DONE. THEY HAVE THESE BIG TREE ROACHES THAT ARE AMAZINGLY HUGE THAT COMES IN WHEN IT RAIN. NOTHING IS REMODELED. THERE IS RUST AND MOLD EVERYWHERE. I'M MOVING OUT. MAINTENANCE STAYS OUT THERE AND DOESN'T FIX NOTHING. SOMEONE BROKE INTO MY APARTMENT AND TOOK MY VALUBLES AND IT WAS SAID TO BE THE MAINTENANCE SON, AND THAT SUPPOSEDLY WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME.... BUT WHO KNOWS. WHAT I DO AGREE WITH IS THAT THERE PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE SPACE, BUT IS IT WORTH IT CAUSE YOU COULD PAY FOR IT IN THE LONG RUN.
