When we first got to the apartment we thought it was a pretty good deal with the washer and dryer and all. Then things took a turn for the worst. We ended up with a hole in our ceiling, water leaking in when it rained, and brown water spots on the ceiling. Two months passed during which time we called maintenance, went in to the office, wrote a letter, called the health inspector, and sent a certified letter saying we wouldn't pay the rent the next month if the problem wasn't fixed. The certified letter got some action. Their response, send someone in to spray paint the water spots and instead of fixing the actual hole in the ceiling, just patch the part where it caved in. Judging from the look of the ceiling, it happened to the people before us too. I feel sorry for the next suckers. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
