This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. They do not maintain the apartments. They ignore you if you have a problem. The maintenance staff never lasts more than a couple of months. I have complainted about the RATS for months and now they are finally in my apartment. I have found RAT DROPPINGS near the doors INSIDE my apartment. When I first moved in it took them 1 year to fix the back bedroom heater. I did not use the back bedroom much so it did not matter but after I needed then it took them a long time to fix.

Stay away. If you do not believe me ask some of the tenants that have been there a while. Check out the garbage area, pool, look at the outside of the apartment good. Ask to look at an apartment. Do not get suckered at just looking at the model. The model looks nice (clean) compared to the one you will be moving in to. I have not moved since it is a big hastle to move and I wanted my kids to go to the school that they go to. I will be moving out soon. Please heed my words. Stay away.
