Lived here for a year. We've had to ask to get the dishwasher, dryer, water heater, air conditioner, disposal, kitchen drawers, window screens and closet doors repaired. They tied the window screen together with some wire. Still waiting for a new one. They replaced the water heater after the maintenance kid almost burned the complex down trying to make a quick fix. They replaced the dryer and dishwasher. The dishwasher looks like it was fitted into the cabinet with a chainsaw. The air conditioning is set up to drain into the main bathroom's sink, from the ceiling. So, it drips into the sink giving you a nice rain forest affect. They've had to come back several times to fix the conditioner. They'll be back again soon. Disposal turns on but still does not work. They are too cheap to replace it. The repairs done on the drawers were some of the most rediculous I've ever seen. The closet doors you will probably just have to store away somewhere because they don't track and they're too cheap to put new runners on them.
You have to pay an additional $20 to get a gym key. Not a big deal but, we pay too much as it is. I think they could do without the charge.
They also charge a monthly garbage fee and administrative fee on top of your rent along with a pest control fee. The funny thing is they don't provide pest control. If you want pest control inside of your apartment you have to pay for it''
The final pisser is they can't even keep the pool clean enough to use. The sewer hole they call a lake behind the apartments is cleaner than the pool.
As long as you can put up with all of that and you can abide by all of their monthly regulations like no kids biking or skateboarding on the sidewalks, no bikes on the patio, nothing on the patio except a patio chare, no grilling, then you'll like the location and the quiet surroundings.

1) your a/c has a runoff there so that it doesnt drain all over your carpet. when that happens, you need to call maintenance so they can fix your a/c 2)a gym key is $10, and you get that back if you return the key when you move out 3) they dont charge an admin fee, ista does, which is the water company, and its for the cost of billing, which every single utility company out there will add onto their bill; they just dont point it out to you. 4) pest control is provided, you just have to request it. the orkin man wont spray an entire complex if only a few people need it. 5) im not sure where you live, but im living at woodbridge, and the pools are always sparkling, even though they are short staffed and dont have a pool man anymore. 6) the no biking or skateboarding is for safety reasons...i dont know if you noticed, but the kids riding their skateboards and bikes in front of cars and nearly getting hit and causing accidents all the time, not to mention the noise they made and clogging the walkways, was pretty annoying. and id rather not see a child hit by a car because their parents are too careless to be supervising them. 7) the no grilling on the patio rule comes from the fire marshall, not woodbridge. any complex out there shouldnt allow you to grill on your patio; its a fire hazard. id rather people grill out by the lake than burn my building down because they are careless. 8)its not the complexs fault if they cant just replace everything you want. they have a budget, and ive talked to them about things that need fixing, and they will explain to you that they have to account for all their purchases, and have a limited amount of money to spend on new items, so sometimes a fix instead of a replacement is all they can do. dont like it? buy a house where you can fix it yourself.
i get annoyed with people making unfair claims against someones reputation when they have no idea what theyre talking about. do some research and maybe youll realize just how dumb you look saying half of those things. yeah, its apartment living, but this place is far better than most apartments out there for the price.
