We Live on the Back side.. With the Pond view.. Never had any problems with anything. very quiet... in any other parts of the Arpartments complex I have No Clue
BUTwhere we are it is great. Never had any problem with bugs.. Pest control comes out like every 3 months. Once had a stoped up bathroom sink .. Guy came out like 1 hour later and it's never been a problem again.. Besides that Nothing eles was wrong. The apartment when we moved in was very clean over all... We love it...

You are lucky. We have had tons of problems - roaches, a broken air conditioner that they won't fix or replace, the ceiling craking and falling apart, dirty diapers and food garbage on the stairs and landing that sit for days or weeks. This place is just nasty. It is robbery that they take people's hard-earned rent money to live here!
