This is not a good community to live in if you have teenage children. I thought this would be a safe and clean place to live, but I was wrong. Don't let the fact that this is supposed to be a gated community fool you. The rift raft live within the gates with you. The police officers that have lived on site do not seem to care. The gates never work properly. I have been here for almost one year and I cannot wait to move. The neighbors don't seem to care about their surroundings and never bend their backs to pick up anything.

The office staff is very unconcerned about the residents and it shows in their unwillingness to address the continued loitering and loud music late at night, and they are aware of it!! These apartments are very old and have not been well kept at all. The wiring within needs to be updated. I have had issues with having cable and a lan line installed because there was faulty wiring.

Some members of the maitenance crew "have no clue" and probably should not be working as maitnance men. I was very happy to find this site to post my opinion as I just wanted to warn the next parent that might be considering Woodcreek Apts. as their next home.

Overall this is not a place I would recommend at all!!

I have lived in Woodcreek for a year and a half. The gates are never locked, yet you have to pay for a key card and no refunds are given. The staff is not concerned about the well being of its residents. There are shoot outs and robberies on the premises. Staff changes on a regular basis and are not to be trusted as they can enter your apartment without your notification with a key from the office that is not properly accounted for. The police in the area don't provide any protection to this complex. Parking is the only good thing about this complex, but perhaps that is because vehicles are constantly being stolen.

I live at Woodcreek and just recently went in to the office for the key, this reason your comment caught my eyes was that I was impressed with the key system, I remember telling the staff they gave me the wrong key because the number did not match, but that was a coding system, which is great. And shoot outs! wow I missed that a shoot out like cops and robbers, come on. I really like Woodcreek and have for 10 years.
