It was ok, but definitely nothing special. The 1st 2yrs, there were problems with older kids destroying property. They had to close one of the pools for over a month (during the summer) b/c the hood rats had emptied a few fire extenguishers in the pool...nice job of home training. I can't tell you the number of complaints that were called in b/c of these brats. I too, had problems with my AC, and though they usually responded soon, they never actually fixed it, so I ended up with ridiculously high electric bills....it leaked constatntly, and never cooled like it should. There was one time that my AC was out for 3 days, again in the summer, before they were able to do anything. We also had problems with bugs and a big a$$ rat. Overall, I feel we were paying way too much for rent.
