The location of these apartments is great: close to shopping and the beaches. But security seems the greatest concern for me. I am a single female and felt that rowdiness was tolerated: Navy Nerds playing loud music through the night, odd comings and goings of Middle-eastern residents who crowded six to a studio apartment (before 9/11), people smoking pot on the swamp trail bridge and blocking the way for me walking my dog. The spiders and snakes were the least of my concerns. Do not try to talke to the bimbos in the office they are not allowed to say anything without permission -- they just have to look cute. Once you sign a lease -- all is ignored.
