When we first arrived the staff was ever soooo nice. The second we signed the lease and then it began. the apt was not even cleaned properly, missing blinds took 3 weeks to procure. Impossible to open windows took over 6 months to fix. A broken dishwasher 1 month, and only when threatened with not paving rent. Try and call regional management and get no where fast. If you sign a lease with them you deserve what you get.
