Maintenance issues were responded to within a resonable time period, however if follow up maintenance was required it would take excessively long, and was often forgot about. Safety was a HUGE factor, my apartment was robbed, right in front of the leasing office. The ladies in the office said they saw suspicious activity (moving van) but did absolutely nothing about it. Afterwards, no preventative actions were taken (security guard, neighborehood watch, etc)
