I lost my mailbox keys, I left my door unlocked w/the key inside b/c my brother was coming in from out of town. The maintenance man accidentally locked my door..I was locked out b/c they didn't realize it was open...Not only did they make ME PAY $25 to get it opened, even though the maintenance man lives in here and has a universal key, they charged me extra b/c even though I turned my rent in EARLY, they wouldn't accept it until I paid the $25, so I ended up paying an extra late fee even though my rent check was there a week early. I wanted a copy of the report, they told me it never happened and it wasn't in the 'book'...After speaking to my neighbors about this, we realized they are scamming people b/c this has happened to numerous people here. Patty and the staff were so unprofessional, I went to the office to talk like an adult, they kicked me out!! I called them when I got back to the apartment, and all I said was that I just wanted to talk for a minute, like adults, she said, 'GROW UP!' and hung up on me....is that how you're supposed to treat tenants' All they care about is getting and scamming all the money they can from you, then they treat you like you're a felon. A SWAT TEAM WAS HERE AS WELL, WOULDN'T LET ME GET OUT OF MY APARTMENT, AND WHEN I ASKED WHAT HAPPENED, WHICH IS MY RIGHT, THE STAFF HERE WOULDN'T TELL ME, BUT I FOUND OUT IT WAS DRUGS AND SUICIDE. WOULD YOU REALLY WANT TO MOVE HERE'' Please, please reconsider..there are better places that have a staff that cares about you, not a staff that is unprofessional and only cares about themselves and what money they can scam, please go somewhere else!! SO TRUE. I CURRENTY LIVE HERE (ONLY TRYING TO LIVE OUT MY LEASE)ALL OF THIS IS STILL GOING ON HERE. THE OFFICE IS STILL SCAMMING TENANTS. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I HAVE GOTTEN TO BE GOOD FRIENDS WITH ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS (THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT TWO TRUSTWORTHY ONES) AND I GET THE "INSIDE SCOOP" ON WHAT GOES ON. AS WELL AS WITNESSING THIS FIRSTHAND. AS FAR AS SWAT GOES THEY HAVE RECENTLY BEEN HERE A FEW MORE TIMES. DRUGS - THE CRIME SCENE UNIT WAS HERE PRETTY RECENTLY REGARDING A FEW MORE BREAK INS. IF THIS STUFF IS HAPPENING HERE DURING BROAD DAYLIGHT WHAT COULD THAT TELL YOU ABOUT WHAT CAN HAPPEN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. OUR SLIDING GLASS DORRS EVEN THOUGH LOCKED CAN EASILY BE PULLED OPEN THE PIN LOCKS CAN BE PUSHED THROUGH FROM THE OUTSIDE. DOESNT MAKE MUCH SENCE TO ME. i CANT WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE.
