It Just keeps getting worse

This complex has gone WAY down hill. When I first moved in things were good. The staff was friendly and things got done. Now I have nothing but Problems. They send notices complaining about things like my barbeque on the porch or the day I had my sleeping bag hanging out to dry. (4 days after I have moved them the complaints come) The workmanship is shoddy My Walls RATTLE when the AC goes on. They never finished the construction in the laundry room so there is still a big hole in the wall. They never came back to finish fixing the water damaged rug.
I can also hear everything my neighbors have to say when they are in the bedroom with the porch.
And the worst thing is they lost a $300 package that Fed Ex left at the office and they claim they are not responsible for lost items. I'm still convinced one of them stole it.
Anyway has gone from bad to worse.
