Well to begin, I lived in their sister company Lakeside Apartments, and I had my car broken into, and when I moved in here I told the front office about it and well they said NO, in the how ever many years one of the staff had worked there they had only one problem, and now they had a neighborhood watch, WRONG, no neighborhood watch and my fianc?s car was broken into V-Day. Then to top it off when I call the cops about it, he said Oh we see this ALL the time in this apartment and Bermuda Cove Apt. (next door) , then I was told by the cop that they have set up station in vacant apartments to look over the neighbor hood and they say that it is not safe at all for a young female or young couple to be out past dark? I will admit when I first moved in I liked it love my neighbors no problems but lately there have been young hoodlum kids walking around yelling and screaming at 2 or 3 in the morning on a weekday, or people with loud annoying exhausts revving up late at night and then pulling wheelies out of the apartment. And then last but not least I actually put a video camera up at night in my window to videotape my car in case it gets broken into and well they kept leaving notices on my door say they wanted to keep unity in our complex so I needed to FIX my blinds. I called the 3 times telling them that they are WELCOME to come to the apartment and see there if NOTHING wrong with them. They still kept sending notices on my door saying they were going to charge me until I called up there and laid it down, ?this is my car and my safety, if you all choose to not take care of it I will take car of it myself, my boyfriends car got broken into and you all did nothing so there for I will deal with it. And after that I haven?t had any problems just with the safety issue.
