Overall its not that bad of a place but its extremely old and it has severe mold problems. They have "fixed" it so they say, but in my place I can still smell it and its bad! I have to keep it well vented to not smell it. Maintenance still needs work. Their washers and driers are always broken and now they are going to charge more to use them' Crazy. Office is nice most of the time. But I was amazed when they lied to a woman while I was in the office. She asked if anyone had been broken into. Yes, my neighbor was! They will lie like car salesmen.
Not a bad starter place but they charge a little much for what they have to offer.
