To all residents. Please check your water bills. You are being charged for pest control for the groounds upkeep. That is Wood hollows responsiblity and not ours. Also trash pickup is woodhollows responsibilty not ours. Everyone living here should start questioning these charges. It is the landlords responsiblity to maintain the up keep of the grounds outside not the tennants. They have slapped on the fees to our water bills which is in total 7.00 a month. This may not seem like a lot but multiply it by 4oo units and that is a lot of money they are getting a month for something that is there responsiblity. This is unfair to all of us who live here. Also why isnt the exterminator coming on a monthly basis anymore. The charge is in the rent. These charges should be questioned by all. They need to remove these fee from our water bill. Which by the w2ay the meter is never read they estimate it by there water company that does the billing for them Thats all they are they do not read the water meters. If you ask anyone that workjs here most of them dont even know where the water meter is. The staff at times is not very nice Yes, I two have3 heard them when they talk to perspect tenants lying to them. I have to bite my tongue not to say anything to them. Also the next time you are in the swimming pool they a look at that nasty sauna. I dont know how anyone can sit in it. Also many times the pool is dirty and ducks are swimming around in the pool. Once again we are being charged 2005 rents for units that are rotting from the inside out. We just had cars broken into here in the back where we live. Also Some areas in this place are really dark at night and not safe.

I usually see the meters read every month or so. When I first moved in I was shown the individual meters. Were you paying attention? If you take the time to read your bill it will show you your individual meter rates. Having the hot tub never work is a pain. I did ask about why it dosn't work and I found out it blew up in one of the maintenance mans face. That would be horrible. I can understand how it might take a whille to fix it after something like that. To address the previous comment about the staff--I have always been greeted with a smile. Overall I would refer anyone to this place. I also saw a sign at one point that would offer me money just to refer someone. How easy is that? Overall I love my apartment. It's not as updated as other apartments i first looked at, but they take good care of their apartments and their residents.

Bull ****!! The person that wrote this response could only be an employee, trying to defend this hell hole. The office staff doesn't show individual water meters. They don't even give a tour of the place so why in the h*ll would they stop to show you a water meter? Like many other's on this website, I was not able to see my apartment until after I signed the lease and that is the game they play with everyone. I was never shown around the complex, the pool or the horribly trashy fitness center.. And the only smiles your greeted with by the office staff are fake. They are rude, fake B's!! And are we supposed to be sympathetic and wait months because the hot tub blew up in someone's face. If it's having those kinds of problem's why hot it still not been replaced yet (8/2008)? This place has been nothing less than a night mare, from the robberies, shooting, horrible maintenance, rude office B's and money sharks! They slap you with a million fee's from the time you get your first bill and will report it to the credit bureau if you don't pay they unreasonable fee's. They charge you a $1000 fee to break your lease. That is crazy when all you want to do is move into a safer place with unhidden fee's. And who care's if they would offer you money for referring someone. Every place offer's that. But only this place would find some way to get that money back out of you. And no they do not take any kind of care of their apartments or their residents!!
