I usually see the meters read every month or so. When I first moved in I was shown the individual meters. Were you paying attention' If you take the time to read your bill it will show you your individual meter rates. Having the hot tub never work is a pain. I did ask about why it dosn't work and I found out it blew up in one of the maintenance mans face. That would be horrible. I can understand how it might take a whille to fix it after something like that. To address the previous comment about the staff--I have always been greeted with a smile. Overall I would refer anyone to this place. I also saw a sign at one point that would offer me money just to refer someone. How easy is that' Overall I love my apartment. It's not as updated as other apartments i first looked at, but they take good care of their apartments and their residents.
