This place sucks. Bad plumbing, ------ florplans, poor maintenance, robberies, trash all over. Moldy Vents Bad AC, cabnets all torn up, too many crazy people, playground is old and a mess, dog crap everywhere, hundreds of breeding stray cats, rats, roaches, thin walls/floors, overall bad property don't move here unless you have too.

This is so true. I had a rat in my wall and there was mold in the a/c and around the window seal when I moved in. I got sick when I moved in now that I moved out and away from the mold I am not sick anymore.

saddly, I also have to say it's true... Maintenance came and dropped some chunks of poison behind my washer and dryer due to having a RAT in the apartment. Then they proceeded to CHARGE me for cleaning up the laundry room when I moved out. You think I'm going to touch that poison!? Why didn't THEY come clean that crap up even after I called them over and over asking them to take care of it. The best advice I can offer given any apartment complex: DO a final walkthough inspection, otherwise it's your word against theirs when it comes to charges for repairs, cleaning, etc. WATCH YOUR BACK and ALWAYS distrust your land lord, no matter how friendly they seem to you.

There are NOT hundreds of stray cats. Think about that one for a second. If you want people to take your post seriously, don't exagerate....just be honest. Roaches move into vacant apartments so it's not too uncommon to have roaches right after a move in. I've had my apartment sprayed twice in the last month for them. And the office staff has been great about putting me on the list.
