I lived here for 6 months. It was a great location and only a couple of miles from the beach. My sliding glass door screen keep coming off but no matter what they would always come to fix it.
Also while I lived there the siding of all the building was redone.

Wait till you move! then you will not be so happy when they try to charge you for fixing that screen and so much more

My first question for you: Why does your door keep coming off f they are supposidly fixing it? Every time I've ever had maintenance come out to "Fix" things in my apartment they ALWAYS, without fail did a half-ass job, at best. BTW: I agree with the person who replied saying wait until you move out. MAKE SURE YOU DO A WALK THOUGH INSPECTION and MAKE ABSOLUTELY sure you point out the door so as to avoid being OVER charged for it. Be cautious, trust me on that. (BTW: that applies to ANY landlord, not just craphollow.)
