We were at woodhollow for 4 years. The first two were ok, but after that the maintenance staff started not responding to our requests to fix things that were falling apart. Also, when they did show up to fix things (usually after a few calls) they basically fixed it with duct tape. Whatever it took to get us to shut up. Nothing was EVER fixed properly since Janet has been the manager there.
We were billed for a ton of stuff when we moved out, we tried to dispute it and they sent it to collections immediately.

Besides all that, there is a black mold problem, a HUGE roach problem, roofs that need replacing, uneven floors so bad that things roll in the kitchen, rusty stairs with sharp edges, drugs, and breakins.

The neighborhood looks nice, and seems nice, in a great area. BUT THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!! I will be recommending to EVERYONE I know, not to go there.

All of this is so true. :( !!NOTE!! You MUST do a move out inspection before turning over your keys. DO NOT under any circumstances trust your landlord! Make sure you document everything, regardless if they are a fault or how small it is. Point out EVERYTHING!!! Doing anything other than that means it's their word against yours... They WILL over charge you and they LOVE to tack on a carpet replacement fee.. WATCH YOUR BACKS!!!! Gone are the days when Woodhollow was a decent apartment complex. Once management at the leasing office changed, it's pretty much gone to hell. I wouldn't even suggest moving into Woodhollow to my worst enemy! Moving in is ASKING for trouble.
