I have lived here for almost a year and will NOT be renewing my lease. I can hear the people under us yelling at each other, a cops personal car was stolen one night and we were woken at 4 in the morning by him screaming at his wife. The kitchen is SO small its crazy. Stains appeared on the carpets a week after we moved in. It took maintenance a week to fix our bathtub that was leaking on the old lady's bathroom in the apartment below us... The toilet in our half bath has to be plunged after every use. The office didn't tell us when our checks arrived, even after we called, but they did put a note on our door that they were going to return them if we didn't pick them up. All in all, we had a bad experience.

Just wanted to respond and say that I had many of the same things happen with me. Then after 4 years and having used carpet when we moved in, they charged us for replacing the carpet!

how do you get stains on your carpet a week after you've moved in, unless you made them?
