I have lived here for 2 months. I haven't had any problems with roaches so far. I enjoy living here. My neighbors are quiet. I don't know about the other people in the office but I think Janet is great! I did go over to the laundry room after reading some of the reviews. They are brand new machines and the place was clean. The cabinets are not in good shape but they're not falling apart either. I was told the property is 22 years old. Hopefully the company will start putting money into the property. Overall a good place to live. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE.. never move in here.. If your air conditioning breaks its not there problem. they don't really care.. you will be told you are dumb, to its the thermostat, to its the outside unit, to there is nothing wrong your crazy. when clearly there is when it is hotter inside than it is outside.. it has taken them 3 weeks to fix it and its still not fixed.. I called maint the first few nights and they said well what would you do if there was a hurricane and you had no electric.. well first of all i wouldn't be in the damn zip code.. and its nature for a hurricane i cant control that.. but you can fix my AC.. doesn't that break a florida statute or something?? i believe it does. the people at the front office really could give a crap about your apartment living as long as they get the commission for you moving in. there doing all this work to the parking lot to make it look decent when there are multiple ac units out.. (they have told me this) Oh and comcast came the other day and they said they knew people that live here and they say the same exact thing about the ac.. so if you like the heat in florida.. PLEASE MOVE IN...
