Awful! Cannot wait for lease to be over

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Our A/C broke tonight and we called and they said came out and said that it was an outside problem and it would take 3 1/2 until it could be fix. So I leave apartment because it is boiling! And maintenance man came by and said he needed to get inside but didn't tell us this earlier! I hate this place we pay $900 for nothing! The kitchen is too small. Bed faces front door! We have roaches cats have fleas and they have never had them before this stupid apartment That is the head maintenance man personal phone number 9046623119
