Keep on driving. Woodhollow has potential for a nice looking apartment but they do not have the motivation. The staff is very slow and listless, especially when it comes to maintenance. When you ask them to do something, unless they write it down in front of you or you express urgency, they will not pass it along to maintenance. The maintenance is good at responding to emergencies. My heat/air went out one cold night and they were out within a half hour on a Friday night. The guy was even sick with the flu and got over pretty quickly to try to get it to work (which it didn't but had it working within a few days). They have very few sidewalks so you have to be careful in walking through the parking lot. It's not very pet friendly. The parking lot is full of potholes, which have never been fixed. The walls are rather thin and when you have noisy neighbors next door, you hear everything. The one thing that is pretty aggravating is the doors are so close to each other and when someone knocks on the door, you're not sure whose door it is.
