They were nice in the begining, but about a month after moving in my hot water stopped working. That was around christmas time and I asked for someone to come out and look at it. It took them 3 days to come out and replace the water heater. Then the a/c dripped down on top of it all night so when I woke up and walked into the hallway...the carpet was soaked!! I called them to come out and it took a week for them to come look...meanwhile I was without heat! I had to accually walk in there a couple of times before they came out and really fix it. When I told them about the problem they looked at me like I was crazy and I said it in the nicest way possible! They cleaned the carpet and after it was fixed it happened again. Not to mention when I left they charged ME for the cleaning of the carpet!! I said that I wanted some of my rent off because I was inconvenienced and had to drive way out of the way to go shower at my mothers. They sent me a $25 gift card to copelands :/ The apartment looks alright from outside but is pretty sorry looking on the inside. I hated it!
