Not happy

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I've been here a little over two years. A few months ago I started having a problem with water pouring out of the vent above my toilet. Nobody seemed able to stop it until they cut a large gaping hole in the ceiling above the bathtub. After that the water poured down through that hole every time the people above me took a shower. I begged them to fix it, I threatened to not renew my lease, but it took a month for them to get the leaking stopped, and for that month, every time I took a shower I had to worry that the people above me would take one and I'd be covered in their waste water. The leaking has stopped. The hole in the ceiling and the water stains are still there after four months. Last month there was a slab leak, and they had plumbers stomping through my apartment all day Saturday, shoving furniture around, throwing my clothes from the closet onto the bed, cutting holes in the closet walls (still not fixed). The week after that, they reroofed the building on Saturday and I had the joy of pounding over my head for 10 hours.
They nickel and dime you to death. Little fees here and there - they send you a bill every month for water, sewer, etc., and every month there is an administration fee tacked on it. You have to pay $5 for a laundry card before you even put money on it to do laundry in the filthy, malfunctioning laundry room. I acquired a kitten while living here, and although they could not manage to stop someone's waste water from pouring onto my head when I showered, they did manage to discover the kitten and demanded a $300 pet fee within 7 days. Even the deposit you pay - most of it is "administration" fees so you will never see it again.
The spa never works. Lights that burn out aren't replaced for months, even when you beg them to replace them.
And yet the rent keeps going up.
