Don't be fooled!!!

Wish I knew about this web-site years ago! They were nice at first but then it was continuous harrassment to the point that I still will not consider apartment living again! I did not own a pet but was continuously given eviction notices demanding me to pay a $400 pet fee for a cat that I did not nor ever owned. The office girl even called me a liar in front of my children and said that a maintenance man had seen a cat in my apartment. No cat ever existed! Then there was the time the hot water heater went out and it took almost two weeks for them to replace it. The AC unit inside leaked all over the hallway and we were literally walking through two inches of water and mold was growing in the carpeting. I reported it for months but they said they couldn't find the problem and did not know what was causing all the water leakage. They said it was normal condensation. After a year and a half, in which time I was never late with rent, I moved out. They then tried to charge me for the water damage in the hallway!!! When I refused to pay it, they tried to hurt my credit by putting on my credit report that I left without paying for damages that I caused to the apartment and that I still owed them a $400 pet fee! Neighbors around me experienced the same sort of harrassment as I did. One neighbor was threatened to be evicted for having a small office chair on his balcony..."it is not proper outdoor furniture". Another neighbor was threatened to be evicted for having his bicycle on the balcony, again, "it is not proper outdoor furniture". I still cringe anytime I even have to drive by the place!!!
