Let's see, where to begin. First off, the 3 bedroom is worthless. It is way too tiny. We were shown a 2 bedroom because they "didn't" have a 3 bedroom to show us at the time. Everything that I said I liked about the place is not in the 3 bedroom and the staff should have said that. My car was broken into the 4th night we were here. Our patio wall caught on fire because there is a huge hole in it and it is completely dry rotted and they didnt even send Maintenance out to check it after the fire and still have not repaired the wall. We have complained several times about neighbors throwing beer cans down all around us and nothing was done. They will nickel and dime you for every little thing though. They will charge $25 if they see a blind broken and they are suppose to charge you if you leave trash out in your front door. Neighbors have had 3 bags full of trash out for 4 days now and nothing is being done. I get tired of complaining because it is worthless. They say they will take care of it but nothing is ever done!!

"They will nickel and dime you for every little thing" - so true. We left "hell hollow", as we like to call it, back in July. We gave 30 days notice prior to leaving and they stll charged us for the 31st day of the month. Then, after countless phone calls and a couple of visits, they decided we were entitled to our deposit back but said it would be a month or two before we would receive it by mail. Got a notice from them at our new address for the water/garbage bill but never got our deposit back. I was thoroughly disgusted with that place. Glad to be out!

when I went to view a 3 bedroom, I was showed a two bedroom. I asked about a three bedroom and was told there wasn't any available for viewing. Against my better judgement I decided to move there anyway. On moving day I still asked could I see the three bedroom before I signed a lease and was told "NO". I was there with my moving truck so I just went along with it. After unloading the truck I noticed that I could sit on my couch and turn my television with my foot due to the living room being so tiny. That same night roaches was everywhere. The middle closet that was supposed to be a bedroom was so small that a bed couldn't fit in there unless it was a toddler bed. Upon going to the rental office less then ten days after moving in day I was told by the rental office you signed a lease and now you are stuck with a
"TINY" and "ROACH INFECTED" apartment. I was told by another member of the staff about their LOVE or LEAVE IT policy. I ended up moving out tweny days after moving in. I was charged for rent for the next month and harassed endlessly at my job, family members homes, and at home.
