I can't wait for my lease to expire! I had to find a place to move quickly because I was closing on my house. I live on the bottom floor and all I can hear is my upstairs neighbors playing beer pong until 6am. They throw trash off their balcony and it is never cleaned up. Instead I always get the warnings and notices. The parking lot has McDonald's bags scattered through it. My apartment is falling a part litterally! The neighbors hot water heater broke and leaked into my apartment somehow, there are roaches everywhere and I even saw a rat the other day. I have had pretty much the same experience as all of the other bad reviews and like someone else said, I will never live in an apartment again!
