Since I have lived here, I have had my car stolen. My neighbors car broken into. My 3 bikes stolen (different days). The management refuses to fix the outside light where a police officer told me to ask them to fix it for safety resons. The model home was nothing like the place I moved into. They gave me an apartment where the spiders were everywhere. The roof was fallen in and the electrical was shorting out. I still have problems with lights flickering on and off. The tile was horrible and the carpet looked eight years old. But I already signed a lease because I looked at the model home. My neighbors across the building also had their bikes stolen. Two builds down, a car was broken into. All this in a years time. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Maintenance takes forever to repair anything. Sometimes even when you call it in they say you never did and that is why they did not repair things. Don't expect your deposit back ever. The management has a way of making sure you don't get that back. At least that is what happened to two of my friends that moved out. I have 6 friends that live in different apartments here and will all testify for me in court. They hate it here too. They deceved me and now I am seeking legal litigation against this place. It is unsafe to live here. I don't know what will get me first, the spiders, an electrical fire, or the people always breaking into cars and stealing bikes. This is a very unsafe place to live.
