Not only does this complex rent to illegals but they also rent to drug dealers, pot smokers and the management refuses to deal with any issues with tenants. My neighbor above me constantly is banging on the floors, cranking his stereo to the maximum and the office told me that because he pays his rent without a problem they will not do anything but have a talk with him. Fay came through and the drainage in the lots were so bad that water stood to our waist, when we moved our cars to the laundry room which was sitting a little higher that the main lot, maintenance put tow stickers on our front windshield right in our viewing. Never asked us to please move our cars, just marked them for tow. As for the condition of the apartments- cockroach ridden, cheap carpet they freys, when we moved in all we had was cold water someone had shut the hot water off and diverted the pipes. The grounds are not well kept, looks like a dump a lot of the time, the pool may or may not be free of beer bottle people have thrown in there overnight. If anyone from the health department or department of homeland security is seeing this please come in here and clean house, honest hard working people do not ask for this when they move in. Oh and that reminds me the leasing staff will lie through their teeth about this complex being a nice quiet place to live when you inquire about renting here.
