8050 Hell Way From: kaos27@bellsouth.net Date posted: 4/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   Me and my family have lived here for 3 years and in that time we have had 6 floods. 3 the toleit in my hallway bathroom 1 in my master bedroom which totally went through our apartment and 2 in my kitchen and in each flood the Complex refused to replace my carpet. Maintance is really a joke You page and you might get a responce and the only one who actually knows what there doing is the Head of maintance but his staff is clueless. The Manager is nice but thats where it ends. Yes the apartment is big and not badly priced but I am really ready to head back to Baymeadows and pay High prices for small apartments as long as I got peace of mind. In my opinion Wynter Green (Now called Royal Estates) is not the place to be Keep looking I hear Spanich Oaks is good.
