I am a resident of Floresta and have been for a year and a half. The pool is wonderful, the landscape is luscious and always kept up, the fitness room is always clean. Management is very nice and the lake is wonderful to walk your dog around. Parking is sometimes an issue, not any fault of management, it is mostly from visitors on the weekend. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this place! The area is awesome, with shopping, medical care, post office and many places to eat. Clean and nice neighborhoods surrounding the area.
