OverPriced and UnderAppreciated

The landscape and pool are beatiful, but looks can be deceiving. We were constantly calling maintenance. They didn't respond to our repeated attempts to get things in our unit fixed. When maintenance finally did come, they not only didn't fix the problem, but caused a major water leak over the holidays. Talk about an inconvenience! For the price we were paying I expected much better service. We also had really horrible neighbors that had parties until 4am and left used condoms and tampons on my car. The walls are so thin, I could actually make out conversations my neighbors were having. Nothing happened when I complained to management. Apparently, this community houses students from the nearby university, as well as, staff from some hotel. All of these other tenants are causing problems for the rest of the high-paying customers, making this community feel like the ghetto, only much more expensive. The parking was another problem. There are no assigned spaces unless you have a garage unit. Which means you most likely will have to park two blocks from your apartment, especially when the college kids are having parties. I would not reccomend leasing here unless you want lots of noisy neighbors, poor customer service, and overpriced rent. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
