This place is so bad! There are bugs in the apartments and the people in the office tell me "it's Florida".. that's such crap, I've lived in SEVERAL apartments in Florida and NEVER had bugs! The manager is useless, ALWAYS outside smoking and talking on her cell phone, no wonder nothing ever gets done. The management company needs to lower prices, get ---- done and fire that "property manager". I cant wait for my lease to be up!! There are so many much nicer places to go. STAY AWAY!

Dude, I've been here for 2 years, and the current manager has always been on top of things, & sent out maintnce wehn needeed.

this place is terrible the crime noise worst neighbors i have ever had and management is totally useless actually they are outright liers

Wow, you are way off base. Seems like the people writing bad reviews are stuck-up elitists or too old and are jealous of the younger residents. The only thing I think mgt. should do is keep the older residents clustered in the same building so that the 20 and 30 somethings can enjoy the positive, friendly neighbors we have without being accused of being drug dealers or crazy party throwers.
