I have lived at Floresta since the beginning of 2008, not sure what some of these old tenants are speaking about because I love it here! In fact I signed for another 14 months! :) It is a beautiful young family community. New construction and plants and courtyard gardens throughout the property! They accept large breed dogs!! *huge plus for me! I take my two pups for long relaxing walks twice a day around the grounds! There are sidewalks every where, so your not stuck in grass or on the street, and dog stations all over! It s about a mile 1/2 to 2 mile walk around the property! As for bugs, I have lived in Florida my whole life and no once have I seen a bug in my place here at floresta! As they say "You are what you eat, and/or what you leave behind". As for the office employees they are GREAT, they are VERY sweet and helpful! I felt they really went out of there way to help me find a perfect unit for me and my family as it grows! I never felt rushed to sign for just any unit; they really helped my family find a perfect place. It took us a month to find the perfect new home for us, with a great floor plan, perfect location on property, and beautiful upgrades inside! The Maintenance here is amazing too! The gentleman that work here are always there to help and they always say hello and wave with a smile. It really feels like Pleasantville, Thank you so much!

I am very sorry for your bad experience but I never stated that things did not happen just because they did not directly happen to me. I had only posted a comment about my families experience here in Floresta. When I moved in it was made very clear to me that water, and electric were the only things that we had to pay for and if I wanted cable it could be installed along with if I wanted my security system activated for a small fee. The only thing that has changed for me since I moved in was the ISTA (installation of sewer and trash allocation) bill went from a set amount of $40 for my 2/2 to an actual meter reading of how much sewer and water you use per month! Just like an FPL electric bill! Which was fine for me because my bill actually was cheaper than the $40 set amount. So you must have a very large unit or you use a lot of water! As for crime, I have received all the notices that Floresta has posted on my door, but I also watched the news when they said local crime in Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens was going up due to a poor economy. It is a lovely neighborhood and in my mind that's who you would want to steal from if you were going to steal! Why rob a bum? You would get nothing of high money value. In all statistics I have read most crime happens in nice places, hence "steal from the Rich and give to the Poor! As for being mugged just because you get home late, that is ridiculous! You can be mugged at anytime of the day, most people do bad things at night so they won't be seen. Also they say the further you are from a main road the safer you are! No one can make an easy run-a-way when they have to go through the whole neighborhood where many people might see them. I am very sorry if you are one of the neighbors that this happened to, but just remember that when looking for your next place try to stay further from the main roads, and if you know your going to be out late, leave a light on so you don't walk into a dark house!

i am very happy for you i have lived here for the same amount of time managment told us when we moved in that we were responsible for electric and cable nothing else turns out that was a lie water sewer garbage extra 100 a month when we went to move in we had to wait two weeks to get rid of the ant infestation again you are lucky i have always said the grounds are very nice as are the people who take care of them.When cars were being broken into i hope you got the memo from the police i would be happy to post it in the mailroom managment told one person whos car was broken into it was her fault for not locking it so i guess if you come home late at night you desereve to be mugged because you were out to late forget about the element that is obviosly coming into the development once again if you havent had problems around your building you are frotunate the problems around alot of other building has been ignored by managment so dont be one of the people who says if it didnt happen to us than it didnt happen or who cares about the people it did happen to YOU COULD BE NEXT???then you will see the other side og mangement
