I lived in several apartment complexs throughout palm beach county and I am very pleased with Floresta. The grounds and buildings are well kept, safe, and quite. All of the layouts I viewed and my apartment have nice upgrades- with stainless steel appliances, crown molding, spacious rooms, and over-sized walk-in closets. I am very pleased with the neighborhood and feel that I found a diamond in the rough in comparison from the places I've seen when I was apartment shopping. Great value for the money! Beautiful pool, nice workout room, and I absolutely love the walking paths. Great neighborhood for dogs! Not to mention a lake, skate park/basketball court, tennis courts.
