found apt through a friend, i have been here over a year and the few probs ive had were fixed that day.the people are all cool and i love the girlz in the office. denise and samantha were very helpfull.:>

i live here too, and it sounds like anonymous should stay that way. if you don't live here, why take the time to keep up with what everyone else is happy with?

sadly this not true but who cares i no longer live there and i am very glad i dont their turnover rate is the highest in jupiter and the parent co. is on verge of bankruptcy enjoy your stay but you people should stop sending in these false statements if you want to know the truth just ask jupiter police

Wow, not sure what's worse - (1) that someone is pretending to be two different people with very similar usernames (amazingly, they agree with one another); (2) that it's written like a teenage text message; (3) that the kid posted his # online. Look, the place is ok - not the nirvana that the posts by the leasing agents describe, but not the projects, either (and you can certainly find worse in Jupiter). The walls are paper thin, there were mold issues, and some of the people seemed on the sketchy side (registered sex offenders, drug users, pickup trucks). It may have changed in the past few years, but if the leasing agents have resorted to writing fluff on websites, maybe it hasn't.
