If you don?t mind weak, squeaky, bouncey, plywood floors, bugs & lizards getting in through the terminate infected wood walls, windows, door frames, and wall air conditioning units, there is bad electrical (there have been wall electric fires in other units) and the fire department was just called out again this past week for a unit just across the parking lot to my unit... The maintenance will not be done even after several calls and promises and there are too many large families with small children, its noisey, you can always hear your neighbors, a lot of drunks live in and around this complex and people refuse to pick up after their large dogs (if you know what I mean) I liked the idea of the cheaper rent and the pet deposit (without the extra monthly rental increase so you can keep a pet but...) Along with cheaper rent comes all kinds of problems - believe me - besides Jupiter is getting to busy for my own liking with all the high rises going in... Good Luck in finding a decent place to live in this own...
