PreFab apartments for too much money!! staff is nice

If you like Prefabricated housing w/squeeky carpet covered plywood floors, all your things on the dresser shaking when you walk around, tiny roaches and Asian Ants throughout(even after the monthly pest control comes) , noisey refrigerators, poor stoves, high electricity and water bills, NO central A/C(wall unit), then you may like to live here. But don't plan on being able to connect to the internet as the phone lines are so BAD I could not even connect to the server. I have a 3 yr w/MSN dialup at $21.95/month, I had to get cable modem $54.00/month,so that is $75.00 a month for internet! BAD NEWS! Rent started at $545.00, after 1 year it went up to $575.00 (year lease) go any less than a year lease and they hit you so hard with fees - month to month is extra $50 Per month(WoW) Only good thing I have to say is The staff is nice and if there are any major maintnance problems they are quick to get it fixed, except for stoves or refrigerators. I would NOT recomend these apartments to anyone.
