If your looking for an apartment in Jupiter, try Mallards Cove. Although they are at about 99% occupancy, it' still worth the effort. Grounds are well maintained, pool is crystal clear, and the staff is always extremely helpful. They make you feel like family. Great 4th of July block parties, Christmas caroling, pool parties, etc. Yet a very peaceful neighborhood. Great for kids.

I want to set the record straight:
I personally know the person (computer geek)who posted his comments on 10/10/2002. He is a constant complainer, frequently abuses alcohol, has had complaints against him from his neighbors, and is not a nice person. If he is so un-happy, why did he beg the management to renew his lease' Why didn't he rent a condo with option, if he is so smart' Personally, I wish they wouldn't have re-newed his lease.

I have lived here since 1993 and have no intention of moving. As far as the DOJ complaint, time will show that they will back off of their actions. There is no discrimination here whatsoever. Everyone is welcome, and it shows. You see children of all nationalities and races playing together, neighbors talking and enjoying one another-if only the whole world was like this!

It seems like all of the postings on sites like these are from disgruntled tenants who were either evicted, or who, because of their own fault, have been disruptive to any rental communities. Then they try and use these forums as vehicles to get back at management. I think it's time for the rest of us who abide by the by-laws and rules of our rental communities to tell the truth.

I'm glad that Mallards doesn't charge more, they could. As the saying goes, "try it you'll like it.
