As of September 2004, Hurricane Frances has destroyed these buildings. The roofs disintegrated, water flowed through my 2nd story apt for more than TWO days. Entire buildings water-logged for 3 weeks now. Mold present everywhere in dangerous amounts forcing masks for mouths.

Roofs are NOT BEING REPLACED BUT MERELY PATCHED WITH WOOD AND SHINGLES. THERE ARE ONE-HALF INCH GAPS IN ROOFING PLYWOOD UNDER SHINGLES - PLACE IS SET FOR ANOTHER DESTRUCTION. AVOID IT.

The Rental office staff has always played malicious games with us re: broken appliances, repairs, etc. I WAS VERBALLY THREATENED ON THE PHONE BY THE RENTAL MANAGER ETHEL THAT HER MEN HAD TO GUT THESE BUILDINGS AND I WOULD HAVE MY POSSESSIONS DUMPED IN FRONT OF MY BUILDING BY MONDAY SEPT. 17 (lost track of dates due to chaos this apt. complex has put me through).

Buildings should be burned to ground as mold is so omnipresent and heavy as to ALWAYS BE a health problem.

I have never been through a more traumatizing month than this - all caused by neglect and contempt for the renters, who paid high rents for the value they got.

DO NOT CONSIDER LIVING HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

I was also assaulted by a 6'5" black man who knocked me out and left me laying on the ground uncounscious - this in his McDonald's uniform shirt. I was assaulted because this apt. complex is next to CRACK TOWN and I was a white male 48 yrs old who this man and his wife('!) and friend just chose to stop with their vehicle. I was called all sorts of racial slurs. He than assaulted me later in the evening, finding me by chance taking out the garbage. Jupiter Police told me the incident was MY FAULT and that I should not be living in this area. McDonald's found out about the indicent through the police report I filed and did not fire this man. No actionable charges because there were do direct witnesses.

This place was, is and will continue to be, HELL.
