I have been here for about 6 months and I have had no issues with noise, neighbors, or security. A nice place to live, except sometimes you smell the water treatment facility around your neighborhood, that is if you are outside. No bother inside of course you can't smell it, just kinda funny, cuz I was like yea this is a nice place then weird people walking pets, at night, low light areas in neighborhood, very dangerous cause it makes it hard to see people. Police patrol main roads leading in and around neighborhood which is good keeps the theft element away. Anyway I don't feel like moving again and this places is just fine for anyone to live. Regarding maintenance, they are quite helpful to me, just stay on top of the issue.
